  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 vine ripe/plum tomatoes diced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. wash fresh herbs
  2. mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl
  3. can eat on its own, use as a side dish or garnish for soup etc
