- 1 bunch of fresh parsley chopped
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
- 1-2 vine ripe/plum tomatoes diced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of nutmeg
- sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- wash fresh herbs
- mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl
- can eat on its own, use as a side dish or garnish for soup etc
