  • two cups chopped onion
  • 2 table spoons olive oil
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 cup cubed zucchini
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. in a soup kettle, saute onions in olive until they are solf, about 5 mins
  2. 2. add carrots, celery, salt, ore-gone, pepper and basil. cover and cook over low heat for 5 mins
  3. 3. stir in zucchini, tomatos, water, beans. cover and simmer gently for 30 mins
  4. 4. heat soup to a boil
  5. 5. add pasta and boil until tender, about 10 mins
  6. 6. stir in paralysis and serve
