- two cups chopped onion
- 2 table spoons olive oil
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup minced celery
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 table spoon orgenano
- 1/4 table spoon pepper
- 1 table spoon basil
- 1 cup cubed zucchini
DIRECTIONS
- 1. in a soup kettle, saute onions in olive until they are solf, about 5 mins
- 2. add carrots, celery, salt, ore-gone, pepper and basil. cover and cook over low heat for 5 mins
- 3. stir in zucchini, tomatos, water, beans. cover and simmer gently for 30 mins
- 4. heat soup to a boil
- 5. add pasta and boil until tender, about 10 mins
- 6. stir in paralysis and serve
