  • 200g white chocolate
  • 125g soft butter
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • milk
  1. 1- melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water
  2. 2- beat soft butter until light and fluffy
  3. 3- sieve icing sugar then add gradually to the butter beating well between additions
  4. 4- add the now cool melted chocolate and the vanilla extract and beat well again
  5. 5- add a little milk at a time until you reach the consistency that you require
heavenly, even for those who hate white chocolate!
