~^Angel's^~ Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
INGREDIENTS
  • Flour Tortillas, cut into 8 slices each- any desired amount
  • Butter or Margarine, softened- for spreading
  • Sugar- for topping
  • Cinnamon- for topping
  • *Ginger or Nutmeg- for topping
  • *Anti-stick Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a pizza pan (or thick Broiler Pan if available) with anti-stick spray; set aside.
  2. 2) Generously spread butter over each flour tortilla wedge; place onto prepared pan.
  3. 3) Sprinkle each tortilla wedge generously with sugar, cinnamon, and *ginger/nutmeg.
  4. 4) Bake 3-5 minutes, or until edges of wedges are crisp and bottoms lightly brown.
  5. These can be easily made in the toaster oven! Great as appetizers too!
