"Tessa's A Nut" Banana Nut Cake (Bread)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large or 3 small ripe bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix together.
- Add smashed bananas.
- Fold in nuts.
- Can pour into a greased loaf pan, cake pan, or muffin tin with liners.
- Bake at 350* til inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- For loaf pan I dropped oven temp to 325* once the top started to brown.
